How this website handles information.

Website enquiries and contact forms

When you submit an enquiry through our contact, internship interest, academy enquiry, or referral forms, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and message). When the enquiry connection is available, submissions are transmitted securely over encrypted HTTPS to the appropriate team and receive a unique reference code (such as ENQ-...) to confirm receipt. If that connection is unavailable, the form does not retain the enquiry or show a receipt and directs you to the contact email in the site footer.

We retain enquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond to your communication and fulfill the requested follow-up (up to 180 days, unless an ongoing business or training engagement requires longer retention). We do not sell, rent, or share enquiry information with third-party advertisers. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted enquiry details at any time by emailing us.

Application preview

The general-interest application preview keeps entered details and a selected PDF or DOCX résumé in your browser memory while the page is open. It does not upload, save, parse, or send them to our recruitment system. Leaving or refreshing the page clears the preview. Its checkbox acknowledges how the preview works; it is not consent to submit a job application or receive marketing.

Website operation and administration

The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical request information to deliver pages and maintain the service. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this site. Authorised website editors sign in through Supabase; their account and session data, content drafts, publication history, and uploaded images are handled there. Published images are visible to visitors. We require permission before publishing team or group photos. The website image library is not used for candidate identity documents or certificates.

Social and Linktree links take you to external sites with their own privacy practices. Those links are not embedded on this site.

Videos in articles

Article video previews do not load a YouTube or Vimeo player until you select Play. A preview may show the article's published image. Playing a video or opening its source link connects your browser to YouTube or Vimeo, which may receive technical information and apply their own privacy practices.

Email enquiries

Email links open your own email app. If you choose to send a message, we receive and handle it through email. Please avoid sending sensitive identity documents or certificates by email.

Future recruitment applications

Before online applications open, we will publish the relevant recruitment notice and consent wording, including what information is collected, why it is used, who receives it, and how to request access, correction, or deletion. Marketing preferences will remain separate.
