- Share your personal referral link once the programme launches.
- The candidate chooses to apply and provides their own information.
- If hired, milestones are measured from the actual employment start date.
- Authorized staff review eligibility and approve any reward before payment.
Permission comes first.
An interview will never automatically subscribe someone to referral marketing. The future programme will support invitations, notification preferences, and unsubscribe.
Referral updates will not include interview notes, salary, attendance history, or rejection reasons.
